Founded in 1994, Grand Real Estate Group specializes in commercial asset management and operations. Our portfolio includes investment, development, and management of shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, apartments, and mid- to high-end residential properties. We have established well-known brands such as Grand Shopping Center, Grand Bay Hotel, Grand Center, Grand Meiyu, and Grand Yuanjing. We are dedicated to building ecosystems of the highest standards. We go beyond structures, creating communities that inspire new relationships and reimagine ways of living. Focusing on major urban clusters, we develop projects guided by our principles of “Intelligence, Humanization, Convenience, and Safety”.
In 1998, we invested in establishing the Heilongjiang CGE Shopping Center, which has since grown into a well-known brand in China. Its single-store revenue and per-square-meter profitability rank among the top in the national department store sector. In 2016, CGE Shopping Center opened its Haikou branch. In 2020, the Chengdu branch of CGE Shopping Center commenced operations. In 2023, the Changchun branch of CGE Shopping Center was launched.
1995:Grand Bay Hotel Zhuhai opened, offering a prime location with the best views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge within the Greater Bay Area. 2017:Grand Bay Hotel Beijing was launched and is now recognized among China’s leading luxury resorts. Designed to international leisure standards, it became the first Platinum Member in China and the tenth globally under the Healing Hotels of the World (HHOW). 2021:Grand Bay Hotel Chengdu began operations, drawing inspiration from the concept of a “Sky Courtyard” and an urban oasis. With a theme of “warm simplicity, understated luxury, and tranquil privacy,” it quickly became a popular social media hotspot in Chengdu. Ongoing Projects: New luxury hotels under the "Grand Bay" brand are currently under development in Guiyang, Jinan, and other cities.
